When, Where, and How?

 

Any registered voter in North Carolina may vote an absentee ballot by mail.

 

How do I request my absentee ballot by mail? (The request must be received in the county board of elections office by 5 p.m. October 27.) 


After completing the request form, you may return it to your county board of elections by fax, email, mail, or in person.

Important Dates to Remember in North Carolina:

  • Your mail in request for an Absentee ballot must be received by Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
