Credit/Debit Card Agency Payments Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC requires that all credit/debit card agency payments be made with an agency credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) and NOT a personal card. By checking the box below, you are verifying that an agency credit/debit card is being used for this transaction. Use of a personal credit/debit card for agency payment is a contractual violation and subjects the violating agency to suspension.
