SNAP/ Food and Nutrition Services assistance (formerly Food Stamps), may be able to help you buy food and free up resources for other expenses, such as utilities and medicine.
You may be able to get assistance even if you own a home, car, land, property, or have a retirement plan or money in the bank.

Help for Families With Young Children and Infants
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides food, health care referrals, and nutrition education for eligible pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age five.
Free Summer Meals for Children and Teens
Making up for the meals your kids are able to get at low or no cost during the school can be a challenge. Free summer meals are available for children (age 18 and under) when school is out.
No registration and no IDs are required.

Our Providence Culinary Training program has helped hundreds of individuals launch and enhance their culinary careers. PCT is a 13-week, hands-on experience, culminating in a one-week internship with one of Providence's employment partners, including many of our area's most beloved eateries.
