To receive FNS assistance, households must meet income limits. You may be able to get assistance even if you own a home, car, land, property, or have a retirement plan or money in the bank.

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) provides food, health care referrals, and nutrition education for eligible pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age five.
Free Summer Meal for Children and Teens
Making up for the meals your kids are able to get at low or no cost during the school can be a challenge. Free summer meals are available for children (age 18 and under) when school is out.
