How it Works
At the first of every month, updated order forms are e-mailed your designated agency contact.
Your agency contact completes and submits the order form to Gardner Sheffield, our Food Sourcing Manager, by e-mail or fax.
Your order is processed and scheduled for pick-up/delivery.
Your agency contact receives an email with an invoice for review and confirmation.
Product pick-ups are done during regular warehouse hours 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with two-days advance notice.
NOTE: The deadline for Rural Delivery Orders is Wednesday at 5:00 PM the week prior to requested delivery. Pick-up Orders require 2 business days advance notice.
Partner agencies are required to pay in full at the time of pick-up. Payment for Rural Delivery orders should be submitted upon receipt of invoice.
