Every day, Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC works to build food-secure, healthy communities alongside 515+ partner food assistance programs serving 18 Northwest North Carolina counties. Providence Community Meals produces ready-to-heat meals for Second Harvest's partner agency network as a supplement to the fresh fruit and vegetables, frozen meats, staple food items, and other essential grocery items provided by Second Harvest. Community Meals also operates Meals-on-Wheels programs for select counties in our service area.
